Returned within 14–30 days of delivery (depending on your region)
Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
Item is in its original packaging
All tags, hygiene liners, and protective seals are intact (for swimwear this is required)
⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, items such as swimsuits must be tried on over underwear. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or are not in resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Worn or washed swimwear
Items without original tags or hygiene protection strips
